Position Details 4.5-day work week with average of 22 patients per day Salary Range: $230,000-$340,000+ Salary range may include productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department compensation plans. Additional information is discussed during the recruitment process. Outpatient after hour call of once every 4-5 weeks (phone call only) In-house Pediatric Sub-specialties include ENT, ENDO and Allergy New-born rounding at 1 Hospital: Sharp Mary Birch Rounding 1 week at a time every 5 weeks Level III NICU Group averages 3,500+ deliveries per year (25 employed OBGYNs in the group) Not required to attend deliveries, no inpatient responsibilities aside from rounding on newborns Must be board certified/eligible to be considered Competitive salary plus sign-on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package Shareholder track- Eligible for shareholder after 2nd year of employment PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) Eligible About the Group Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is one of the largest, most comprehensive medical groups in San Diego County, with 19 locations offering services such as primary and specialty care, laboratory, physical therapy, radiology, pharmacy and urgent care.
