We are currently hiring Substitute Teachers for multiple charter schools in St. Louis, MO. This is a great opportunity for Substitute Teachers seeking flexible work, competitive pay, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the classroom. Position Details:

• Daily Pay: $150 – $210
• Opportunities available for daily, long-term, and full-time placements for Substitute Teachers
• Weekly pay
• Paid training provided
• Access to insurance benefits
• Ongoing support throughout your assignment

Qualifications:

• Substitute Certification (contact our office for assistance in becoming certified)
• No college credit hours required for Missouri substitute certification

Requirements:

• Patience and ability to work interactively with children
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing classroom environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Deliver instruction and motivate students across various subjects
• Assign and review classwork and homework
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment
• Encourage and inspire students to build confidence and achieve success
• Provide positive reinforcement to support student growth and character development
• Use a variety of instructional methods to enhance learning experiences
