Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in ICU care to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment, ensuring optimal outcomes for all patients.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer and monitor complex patient care, including telemetry and critical care interventions.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and responses.
  
  
• 
  Respond swiftly to emergent situations, providing life-saving interventions as needed.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and industry standards for critical care nursing.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on care procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care plans.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of two years experience in critical care nursing.
  
  
• 
  Telemetry experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  BLS certification required upon hire.
  
  
• 
  ACLS certification required within 3 months.
  
  
• 
  PALS or ENPC certification required within 6 months; TNCC preferred.
