Confidential application process One of our top clients, a Los Angeles plaintiff personal injury firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate is a skilled advocate who is passionate about fighting for injured clients and who thrives managing a busy docket. This role offers a hybrid work model. Responsibilities Manage a docket of 60 to 80 plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Take and defend depositions with confidence and strong preparation. Negotiate settlements that deliver strong results for clients. Prepare cases for trial and try cases when needed, although trials are not frequent. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Work closely with paralegals, case managers, and firm leadership. Qualifications Active California Bar admission in good standing Senior-level plaintiff personal injury experience Proven deposition skills Demonstrated success negotiating settlements Comfortable going to trial when a case requires it Strong case management, organization, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
