• Schedule: Full-Time | Overnight 10:45PM - 7:15AM shifts available with weekend and holiday rotation required

What You'll Do:  

• Support resident care through ongoing assessment and observation
• Admit, discharge, and transfer residents     
• Provide high-quality nursing care to resident in accordance with care plans  
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care and medications
• Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations 
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote overall resident well-being 

What You'll Need:  

• 18 years or older
• Current and active LPN license or RN license in New Jersey (required) 
• Previous nursing experience required, experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English
