Project Architect

Manage architectural projects from concept through construction administration.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and consulting engineers throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and coordinate multiple projects while meeting established deadlines.

Prepare and develop architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation.

Apply technical detailing skills across all phases of project development.

Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and zoning regulations.

Work on commercial, institutional, educational, and residential projects.

Mentor and support junior designers and team members.

Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrate commitment to company values and professional standards.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

Registered through NCARB.

Licensed Architect or actively working toward architectural licensure.

3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.

Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of building codes and zoning regulations.

Excellent architectural detailing skills across all project phases.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

LEED Accreditation or interest in obtaining LEED credentials.

Experience with Lumion.

Experience writing architectural specifications.
