Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits, calls, and follow‑ups. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to support construction, fabrication, and equipment projects. Present and demonstrate company products and services, highlighting key features and benefits. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and sales agreements. Negotiate pricing and terms to close new business and expand existing accounts. Collaborate with both internal and external customers. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions. Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and results. Qualifications College degree from an accredited university. Superior computer skills with Word, Excel, and internet. Outgoing sales and customer service personality. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Territory builder. 3+ years of experience in rental distribution or construction sales.
