Residential Specialist
$20 - $23.19 per hourHCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont)
Residential Specialist Pay range: $20-$23.19 per hour. Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (prorated), 12 sick days, and 9 holidays per year. Includes shift differential, weekend differential, and generous holiday pay. $2,000 sign-on bonus. As a Residential Specialist, you will support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to develop independent living skills and emotional regulation skills integral to accomplishing their treatment goals. Responsibilities Provide care and support to residents, helping them develop skills for independent living and emotional regulation. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED; preferably an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field. Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges. A valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation. A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and the ability to set appropriate boundaries as a caregiver. #J-18808-Ljbffr
