About the Role:
HYD VEGAS LLC is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Expo to join our team in the heart of Las Vegas, NV! In this dual role, you'll be the face of our operation — handling transactions with a smile and ensuring food orders are expedited accurately and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering great experiences, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately using a POS system, credit, and other payment methods
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience
Expedite food orders by coordinating between the kitchen and front-of-house staff for timely delivery
Verify order accuracy before food reaches the customer, ensuring quality and completeness
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and expo area
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, servers, and management to manage order flow
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism

Requirements:

Previous cashier, food service, or expo experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and POS systems
Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one as required by Nevada regulations
