Job Overview ABA Provider Services is seeking a dynamic Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individual therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing Applied Behavior Analysis strategies to meet the child’s goals. Implement Applied Behavior Analysis strategies to achieve the children’s goals and objectives. Document progress and maintain accurate client records. Qualifications Associate’s degree in human services or a related field, or equivalent credits. At least one of the following: experience with children with disabilities or developmental delays in settings such as ABA Behavioral Therapist, Behavioral Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Developmental Interventionist, Child Development Specialist, Assistant Teaching, Teaching Assistant, Teacher’s Aide, Paraprofessional, Autism Services, Childcare, Educational Paraprofessional, or Current School Paraprofessionals (afterschool hours – part time). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Location Caseload clustered in a geographic area of your choice in New Jersey (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, or Union County).
