• Location: Marlborough, MA (100% Onsite)
• Pay Rate: $35.00 – $38.00/hr (depending on experience) + 5% Shift Differential
• Position Type: 6-Month Contract
• Available Shift Options:
  • Option A: Sunday – Wednesday (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • Option B: Wednesday – Saturday (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Experience Required: 2+ years in a fast-paced cGMP manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Operate bioprocessing equipment and maintain standard cGMP manufacturing practices.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Logistics to ensure technical success and rapid product disposition.
• Follow clear written procedures to accurately document process instructions, data, and equipment operations.
• Monitor process operations to ensure strict adherence to quality specifications and environmental standards.
• Assist in procedural deviation investigations and share insights to continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Practice safe work habits, uphold cleanroom/gowning standards, and maintain a safe, collaborative workspace.
