Responsibilities Provide individual therapy and conduct initial assessments; develop tailored treatment plans. Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with regular client sessions to ensure consistent engagement. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Complete regular documentation and participate in case reviews to track progress and adapt strategies. Attend weekly staff meetings to share insights and contribute to professional development. Support community health and wellness through clinical practice within the organization. Qualifications Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria. Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care). Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
