**Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA)**

**Job Description:**

As a Home Health Aide / Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and companionship to our clients in their homes. Your ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English will be crucial in ensuring our clients feel comfortable and understood.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• - Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• - Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• - Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning.
• - Monitor client’s health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
• - Administer medications as instructed and follow care plans.
• - Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being.
• - Maintain a respectful, caring, and supportive environment for clients and their families.
• - Adhere to all health and safety protocols and maintain confidentiality.

**Qualifications:**

• - High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide preferred.
• - Previous experience in a caregiving role is a plus.
• - Fluent in Mandarin and English; ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and families.
• - Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
• - Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• - Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation preferred but not required.
• - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
