To support injured members, the full-time remote Navigator will address emergent needs, facilitate expedited appointments with approved providers, and demonstrate empathy and orthopedic knowledge during member intakes. Key responsibilities Conduct New Member Intakes, ensuring complete and accurate information is gathered Collaborate with various teams to ensure members receive timely and appropriate care Provide clinical expertise and support to members regarding their treatment options and appointment scheduling Required qualifications Certified Athletic Trainer with a current/active license in good standing 3 to 5+ years of experience in a sports medicine or emergency medicine setting Experience working in orthopedic clinic or hospital environments Strong foundational knowledge of orthopedic injuries and recovery processes Bilingual in Spanish preferred
