The Product team is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IQVIA Digital's portfolio of data, technology, and media solutions. Through close partnership with clients and cross-functional collaboration with Go-to-Market, Technology, Data Management, and Operations teams, the team translates market insights and customer needs into innovative, scalable products. Built upon IQVIA's industry-leading healthcare data assets and privacy-by-design foundation, these solutions deliver differentiated value to clients, drive business growth, and advance IQVIA Digital's leadership in the healthcare marketing ecosystem.

We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead a portfolio of data-driven personalization products within IQVIA Digital's Personalization Science suite. This role will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of solutions that enable healthcare brands to deliver highly targeted, omnichannel engagement with healthcare providers (HCPs) and consumers, powered by IQVIA's proprietary data and analytics.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of data, analytics, and marketing technologyresponsible for translating complex healthcare datasets and behavioral signals into scalable, client-facing products that drive measurable engagement and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• 812+ years in product management, with experience delivering data-driven or platform-based products
• Background in one or more of: Marketing technology (martech/adtech), Data and analytics platforms, Healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries (strongly preferred)
• Experience working with: Audience segmentation and targeting products, Behavioral data or digital engagement signals, AI/ML or predictive modeling (practical application vs theory)

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $121,400.00 - $338,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
