Work That Supports Your Life

• 36 hours of patient care per week
• 1 hour of team meetings and training (built into your schedule)
• 59-64 visits per week , not 80+
• Protected growth and documentation time- up to 4 hours
• Realistic caseloads and sustainable productivity goals
• Required, paid PTO because rest is non-negotiable

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary with performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care using clinical reasoning-not cookie-cutter protocols
• Participate in weekly meetings and monthly in-services (all paid time)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates (PT, OT, acupuncture, chiropractic)
• Build relationships that generate referrals and raving-fan patients
• Track outcomes and KPI metrics-because mastery is measurable
• Grow within structured career tracks (Leadership, Education, Clinical Specialist, or Systems Operations)

Qualifications

Requirements
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Licensed or license-eligible in New Jersey
• Passion for excellence, teamwork, and lifelong learning
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ownership mindset-treat TRPT as your own career
• Desire to be mentored, challenged, and supported in equal measure
