Description:

Boise Dental Assistant School is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our ongoing 12-week hands-on clinical training programs.

Schedule: Part-Time on Saturdays , 7:00 am – 6:30pm (breaks included). Note: teaching schedule may vary based on morning and/or afternoon class availability.
Location: Boise, ID 83642 (In-Person)
Compensation: $27–$29/hr, depending on experience.

What You'll Do

Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
Coach students during hands-on lab practice
Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
Foster a supportive, structured learning environment

Requirements:

2+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience
Active Radiology Certification
CPR/BLS Certification
Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
Able to commute to location(s)

Nice-to-haves: prior teaching or mentoring experience, Dentrix familiarity, leadership background
