Overhead Door Company of Boston, a DH Pace Company located in Rockland, Massachusetts, aspires to hire an experienced Outside Residential Sales Representative who will specialize in building relationships and selling door and door products to homeowners and builders in the Boston area.

Responsibilities:

• Design customized door solutions
• Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily.
• Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software
• Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customer's needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services.
• Build solid, long-lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory
• Provides timely and accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Two (2) years outside selling experience to homeowners and general contractors
• Mechanical aptitude (Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable)
• Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers
• Must possess valid driver's license
• Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
• Other duties as assigned

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Pay Range

$60,409 - $90,613 USD
