Fixed shift, 40 hours a week. Scheduled for 1760 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status

Wide array of case mix to include General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Neuro, Vascular, and Trauma. No complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants. This is a hospital employed W-2 position.

Physicians and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care. Supervision model with a max 4:1 ratio.

Requirements: Completion of a graduate program. Certified through National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
