EHS Manager (Solar)

Overview B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time EHS Manager to oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across all project sites within our I&E Renewables division. Responsibilities Oversee safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance across all project sites within the I&E Renewables division. Promote a culture of safety and drive operational excellence to support company goals. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $88,900–$100,000 . For the right candidate, salary is negotiable. This position includes an extensive compensation package including weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off. Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish) fluency is required to communicate and exchange accurate information with diverse teams. Preferred certifications include OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT , or other BCSP designations. Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) is preferred. Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, balancing on narrow surfaces, and working in extreme weather conditions (below 32° or above 100°). Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in Utah and Idaho , sometimes at a moment's notice. A safe driving record is required for operating BHI fleet equipment.
