About the Role We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associatewho actively drives store performance, rather than just supporting it. This role goes beyond traditional retail. You will be responsible for: Engaging customers and influencing purchase decisions Driving conversion, AOV, and overall revenue Creating a high-energy, product-focused in-store experience You’ll work closely with store leadership and be a key contributor to how the business performs day-to-day.
