Quality Technician 2nd Shift
Location: Round Rock, TX 78664
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Overtime opportunities may be available)
Hourly Rate: $22 per hour


We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support production and ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process. This role is responsible for performing routine visual inspections, product testing, final pallet inspections, and inventory transactions while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and customer specifications. The Quality Technician will also identify and report non-conforming product, assist with containment and rework processes, support packaging and production flow, and help maintain overall quality standards on the production floor.

Quality Technician Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine visual inspections on production lines and WIP pallets at scheduled intervals.
• Conduct product testing, enter results into the system, and flag non-conformances as needed.
• Complete final pallet and finished product inspections to verify compliance with visual, testing, and work instruction standards.
• Report defective or non-conforming product through the CAR process, including containment, hold inventory, rework, and scrap tracking.
• Support packaging, labeling, work order tracking, inventory accuracy, and communication of production quality standards to floor staff.

Quality Technician Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience as an operator on a production floor required.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, dust, fumes, and narrow spaces.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs., walk the production floor, bend, kneel, and move throughout the facility as needed.
