• Annual salary between $50,000 - $55,000 / year , depending on experience

• Leading the restaurant and setting the tone for a positive, inclusive, accountable, and high-energy Sizzle Pie environment.
• Upholding all facets of restaurant operations , including floor management, opening and closing procedures, service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and the overall restaurant vibe.
• Creating an exceptional guest experience through genuine hospitality, clear communication, and a welcoming environment for everyone.
• Providing leadership and direction to the restaurant team while delegating effectively and empowering employees to succeed.
• Being present and well versed across positions and shifts , with an eye for quality control, operational excellence, and consistent execution.
• Maintaining Sizzle Pie's standards for food quality , including pizza preparation, presentation, ticket times, product quality, and proper food handling.
• Hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members in partnership with General Management and leadership.
• Building a strong team culture through consistent feedback, recognition, accountability, and opportunities for employee growth.
• Managing restaurant labor and daily operations to support business goals while maintaining an excellent guest and employee experience.
• Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local requirements, company policies, food safety standards, alcohol service regulations, and workplace safety practices.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and properly functioning restaurant , including coordination of facilities needs and equipment concerns.
• Supporting and maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring the restaurant has the products and supplies needed to operate successfully.
• Communicating effectively with customers, team members, leadership, vendors, and the broader Sizzle Pie community.
• Representing the Sizzle Pie philosophy on hospitality and helping create the never-ending pizza party that makes our restaurants unique.
• Supporting the General Manager and leadership team with administrative responsibilities, restaurant organization, inventory, scheduling, and other operational needs.

• Two or more years of experience in food and beverage required.
• One or more years of restaurant management or team leadership experience required.
• Pizza experience required.
• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment required.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, develop, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, food quality, and team management.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities while empowering team members.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Alcohol service certification required if mandated by state/local regulations.
• Executive Security certification required where applicable.

We serve East Coast style slices and pies with a healthy blend of West Coast flair by turning the freshest, highest-quality ingredients into tried-and-true classics.
