Texas Investigator (Hybrid)

Position is located in Colony, TX (between NFM & Scheels, off I-121). This is currently a hybrid in-office and work-from-home position. Candidates must have reliable, high-speed internet and a suitable home working environment. Candidates must reside and work within the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area and be able to commute to the Colony office multiple days per week. The required on‑site days will be determined by the company. Compensation : Hourly base pay plus an aggressive, unlimited weekly performance‑oriented bonus. The duties involve supporting our financial sector clients in locating and recovering collateral. Candidates must utilize computer technology to manage a case load, use a variety of investigative databases, and provide engaging service on the phone with a professional demeanor. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, law enforcement, collections, or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to compile progress reports for clients and/or supervisors Ability to communicate in English in both written and verbal forms clearly and concisely Ability to comply with company policies, guidelines, rules, and directives Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to remain in a stationary position at a desk/workstation for an extended period of time This is an office‑based (currently company office and home office) position; no field work is required.
