Distribution Center Associate II - Big Parts Picker 2nd Shift

Fleetpride (Memphis) is looking for a Big Parts Picker who will be responsible for picking large, heavy, outbound freight to pick tickets, while maintaining a specific production rate. Responsibilities: Utilize the RF Scanner to pick orders while operating a forklift Assure freight is stacked safely, organized and within guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by management Desired Qualifications: Ability to operate a RF Scanner Distinguish between multiple picking quantities and case counts Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to operate a riding jack, order picker, reach trucks and sit-down forklifts Physical Requirements: The work is active. Typically, the associate will lift, pull and move heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50 lbs. The associate will also have to do the following throughout the day: walking bending twisting stepping stooping reaching lifting pushing Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those associate encounters while performing the primary duties of this job.
