Every Other Weekend 2nd Shift LPN

Position: Weekend Evening Charge LPN
Schedule: Every Other Saturday & Sunday | 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM
Pay: To be discussed upon interview

Cedar Hills Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for weekend evening coverage. Our community is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a warm, family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the physician and nursing leadership.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and support Resident Assistants and Medication Aides as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Current Tennessee LPN license in good standing.
• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care.
