Position Overview As a Property Data Collector, you will utilize Asteroom's state-of-the-art equipment and user-friendly mobile applications to capture vital property data and craft immersive 360° property tours. This is a unique opportunity to apply your home inspection skills within an exciting technological evolution in the real estate industry. Requirements 6+ months of experience in real estate, data collection, or photography; or 12+ months of proven exceptional customer service. Licensure as a home inspector is strongly preferred. Must be willing to work as an independent contractor. Ability to travel and work in client homes (with compensation). A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and results. Willingness to pass an independently paid background check. A mobile device that can run our applications. Solid understanding of property data collection, virtual tours, and relevant industry knowledge. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes while on site. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
