Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional to support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. This role assists individuals with day-to-day living skills and encourages active participation in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

• Support individuals in developing independence and life skills

• Accompany individuals to community activities, appointments, and social events

• Provide respectful, person-centered care in a safe and supportive environment

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient

• Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and willingness to engage in community outings

• Experience preferred, but training provided
