It is the foundation of The Memorial Experience.Summary:Under the supervision of nursing staff provides direct patient care and assists with maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.Responsibilities:Assists patients with performing activities of daily living.Inventory and monitors patient belongings. Manages supplies on the unit.Observes and records patient behavior and activities.
