Overview: Dental Hygienist Indianapolis, IN | Benevis Full-time and Part-time positions available $50-$60/hour plus production pay Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus (full-time) Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and continuing education support What We Offer Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus (based on experience, start date and schedule availibility) Competitive pay Bi-weekly uncapped production bonus Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Flexible spending accounts, PTO, and paid company holidays Flexible scheduling Continuing education reimbursement Company-paid certification training - CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, and more What You'll Do As a Dental Hygienst Deliver quality, compassionate care to every patient Perform scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures under general dentist supervision Offer same-day care whenever possible to provide excellent customer service Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene Assess dental condition and needs, and review patients' medical history Guide parents and patients through the full treatment process Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed Take and file x-rays in patient charts as needed Follow all government regulations and company standards What You'll Need Current state Dental Hygienist license CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required at hire) About Benevis Benevis creates over a million happy, healthy smiles a year across more than 2,000 team members nationwide.
