As a Clinical Dietitian, you will perform the following duties: Nutrition Planning: Develop nutrition assessments, education programs, and discharge planning for consumers Diet Management: Prepare modified diets and adjust meal plans based on consumer needs and menu acceptance Clinical Collaboration: Recommend nutrition interventions and participate in committees focused on consumer care Program Oversight: Maintain computer-based meal records and update nutrition care policies and procedures Staff Guidance: Support food service staff in delivering appropriate nutrition services to consumers Quality Review: Take part in tray audits, peer reviews, and training to meet regulatory and licensing standards Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Special Requirement: This position requires active certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) as issued by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, or proof of eligibility for such certification.
