Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each student
• Deliver direct therapy and provide consultative services for students with a range of communication challenges
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and IEP teams for coordinated support
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Maryland
• Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Certification, or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners in a school environment
