SIMONA AMERICA Industries is looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright) to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical manufacturing equipment across our facility.

This is more than a maintenance role-you'll be involved in equipment installs, system improvements, and complex troubleshooting that directly impact production performance.

What You'll Do

• You'll play a key role in keeping our plant running efficiently and safely.
• Install, move, and align industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Use precision tools, welding, and cutting equipment to complete repairs and installations
• Support equipment upgrades, layout changes, and new installations
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment
• Diagnose root causes of equipment issues and implement long-term solutions
• Collaborate with electricians, mechanics, and operations teams
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience with industrial equipment installation and alignment
• Welding, fabrication, and rigging experience preferred
• Apprenticeship or technical training is a strong plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Hands-on role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and movement
• Exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and varying temperatures
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing environment
• PPE required (steel toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)
