About the Role

The Company is seeking a Hospice Executive Director to provide comprehensive oversight of administrative and clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The successful candidate will be responsible for the evaluation of hospice and staff performance, compliance with all relevant regulations, and the development and implementation of service philosophies and standards. This role involves supervising and supporting staff, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, and facilitating the development of new policies and procedures in line with organizational guidelines. The Executive Director will also be a key member of the compliance and QAPI committee, and will work to foster effective communication and collaboration both within the interdisciplinary team and with external stakeholders. Candidates for the Hospice Executive Director position at the company should have a Baccalaureate degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and be a Registered Nurse with licensure in the relevant locations. A minimum of 3 years' of supervisory or management experience in a hospice or related healthcare setting is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising and directing personnel, be adaptable to changing business environments, and possess excellent communication skills. The role demands a leader who can make independent decisions, motivate and develop staff, and demonstrate fiscal responsibility in managing resources. The Executive Director will also be expected to stay informed of regulatory and policy changes and to ensure the agency's operations are in compliance with all relevant standards.
