Our organization is excited to announce a growing opportunity in the Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector, which offers remarkable potential and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are looking for a part-time provider (20-30 hours per week, 2-3 days) for our facility located in Bristol, CT. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $54 to $60, in addition to an uncapped incentive compensation productivity bonus.

We are also pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of $10,000!

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
• Collaborating with other medical providers to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
• Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of improving lives through compassionate healthcare.

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, with licensure as a registered nurse.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program, holding a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
• For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred. In states where practice regulations allow, candidates must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA for their respective states.

Note: Certain restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as job classification, location, and length of service.
