Party Host - Cast Member

Compensation Hourly: $11.00 - $15.13 Commission Potential (Exempt): $0.50–$10.00 per Membership, $0.15–$3.00 per Fun Pass Commission Potential (Non-Exempt): $2.00–$8.00 per Membership, $0.60–$2.40 per Fun Pass Paid out bi-weekly (unless state law requires otherwise) Job Responsibilities Prepare the party area by setting up tables Take orders and attend to guests Ensure the birthday child has a blast Qualifications At least 15 years of age Available to work various shifts Excellent customer service skills Energetic and enthusiastic personality Essential Job Functions Lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shift Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers Work Environment Flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
