Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Robards, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist shoppers, staff, and visitors with professionalism. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and support a welcoming environment while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture through teamwork and integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.45 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, stock areas, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe store conditions, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and policy concerns to appropriate personnel. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site-specific procedures and Allied Universal requirements. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
