Sunmed Health & Weight Management is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic outpatient primary care and weight management team in Visalia, CA .

This role is ideal for an APP who is passionate about preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and helping patients achieve sustainable lifestyle change.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient clinical role focused on primary care and weight management
• Collaborate closely with physicians in a supportive care team model
• Manage a panel of patients with an emphasis on long-term outcomes

Compensation & Incentives

• APP Base Pay: $150,000 - $180,000 annually

Additional Incentives

• We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 based on experience! Physicians with 1 3 years of experience are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, while those with more than 3 years of experience are eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Ideal Candidate

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or weight management preferred
• Strong interest in lifestyle medicine, prevention, and chronic disease management
• California licensure (or ability to obtain)
