This position manages a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, coordinating communication, and aligning services with client needs and expectations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular account reviews, monitoring performance metrics, identifying opportunities for service improvement or expansion, and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner. The Senior Account Manager collaborates with internal clinical, operational, and administrative teams to develop tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and support contract renewals.
