We offer opportunities for both regional drivers and traveling drivers, with earning potential ranging from $70,000-$85,000 First Year depending on route type and schedule. Why Join McLane? McLane Pacific drivers earn $65,000-$152,000 per year. Regional and traveling driver opportunities available. Schedule: 3rd shift, dispatch Sunday-Friday. What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: As a McLane CDL-A Delivery Driver, you'll safely deliver products that keep America's restaurants, retailers, and convenience stores stocked and running every day. Regional drivers serve customers across assigned markets, while traveling drivers support multiple locations and gain exposure to different routes, teams, and operations. Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition. Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery. Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises. Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions. Unload trailer and deliver product safely and accurately to customer locations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate: At least 21 years of age. Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A). At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience. Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications. This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
