The Field Execution Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and scaling our in-store presence by managing a team of Field Execution Specialists. This leader sets the standard for excellence in execution, coaches and develops our people, and drives collaboration with distribution partners to expand La Colombe’s visibility and impact across markets. Responsibilities Leadership & Development Lead, coach and develop a team of field execution specialists to consistently drive best-in-class store execution Build and contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning that aligns with La Colombe’s mission and values Provide in‑market training, ride‑alongs and performance feedback to grow in‑store selling, merchandising and relationship‑building skills Empower the team to share best practices and field insights to become the internal voice of the customer Execution Oversee timely execution of sales programs and promotional activity across assigned markets Partner closely with distributor leadership (District Sales Managers) to ensure compliance with La Colombe distribution, pricing, promo and POG standards Influence distributor performance by holding partners accountable to agreed‑upon milestones and execution goals Drive incremental selling opportunities through guidance on identifying, negotiating and securing additional space, display and distribution Market & Business Growth Own regional and field execution plans ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while tailoring to local market needs Utilize data and team reporting to track execution quality, identify gaps, and deliver insights back to sales and leadership teams Partner cross‑functionally with brand, sales and operations to maximize La Colombe’s impact in market Act as a visible brand ambassador in the field, building strong relationships with retailers, distribution partners and consumers Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2–4 years of experience or a combination of education and 5+ years of consumer‑products industry experience 2+ years of management experience within CPG managing people in field sales, merchandising or retail execution teams Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop talent in a fast‑moving entrepreneurial environment Strong selling and influencing skills with a track record of driving in‑store results through distributor and retailer partnerships Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to oversee multiple markets and priorities simultaneously Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to clearly articulate field insights cross‑functionally and to leadership Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the F&B, and commitment to La Colombe mission and values Must have personal vehicle with valid driver’s license and excellent driving record; ability to travel up to 40 % of time including occasional weekend Periodic lifting, bending, reaching and kneeling to execute in store at times Benefits Salary range: $85,000.00 – $134,200.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience and relevant education or training. All employees are eligible for a 401(k) match of 100 % on up to 5 % of eligible pay.
