As a Registered Echo Technologist, you will perform and assist with cardiovascular procedures to aid in the diagnosis of patients. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards of care and supporting the facility's mission to provide exceptional healthcare services.

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including stress echos, transesophageal echo, and 2-D echo with M-mode, color flow, and cardiac doppler
• Conduct cardiovascular diagnostic tests such as EKGs, Event Monitor applications, and Pulmonary Function Tests
• Record procedure data in patient charts and inform physicians of critical test results
• Maintain and disinfect cardiology equipment and accessories
• Assist with supply inventory, clerical duties, and patient transport
• Participate in monthly cardiovascular meetings and CQI programs
• Supervise and instruct students and new employees
• Ensure patient rights and privacy are respected in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Perform CPR as needed
• Need 2 years experience in setting
