Position: Compounder – Skincare Manufacturing
Location: West Denver (80027)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $22.00–$23.00/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
What you’ll do:
- Weigh and measure raw materials according to formulas.
- Mix and compound skincare products using manufacturing equipment.
- Follow detailed batch sheets and written instructions.
- Monitor mixing time, temperature, and product consistency.
- Accurately document ingredients, lot numbers, and batch information.
- Clean and sanitize equipment between batches.
- Follow GMP, quality, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Work as part of a production team to ensure batches meet quality standards.
Ideal candidates have experience in:
- Compounding, batching, blending, or mixing
- Cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or other manufacturing
- Working with scales and accurately measuring ingredients
- Following detailed written instructions and formulas
- Production documentation and basic math
Previous compounding experience is preferred but not required if you have strong manufacturing experience and attention to detail this is the job for you!
