Job Description-:
This is not a traditional consulting role. It is not purely software engineering. And it's definitely not sales.
We're looking for technology professionals who want to move beyond implementation and gain exposure to
strategy, executive decision-making, and enterprise transformation.
As a Decision Fabric Consultant, you'll work with business leaders, architects, engineers, and AI specialists to
help large organizations solve high-impact business problems through technology.
You'll learn how enterprises make technology investment decisions, how AI is reshaping industries, and how
large-scale transformation programs are planned and executed.
What You'll Be Doing
Partnering with enterprise clients to understand business challenges
Researching industries, markets, and emerging AI trends
Developing business cases, recommendations, and transformation roadmaps
Participating in client workshops and strategic discussions
Translating business problems into technology-led solutions
Working closely with engineering and AI teams to understand how solutions are designed and delivered
Building executive-ready insights and presentations
Supporting consulting engagements from strategy through execution
You're likely a strong fit if you:
Have 2-6 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI, Data, Cloud, Analytics, Product
Engineering, or a related technology field
Enjoy understanding business problems, not just technical ones
Are excited about AI and its impact on industries
Communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently
Are curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
Want exposure to senior business and technology leaders early in your career
Aspire to move into consulting, strategy, or technology leadership roles
