Senior Associate - Accounting and Financial Operations

Senior Accounting / Finance Operations Associate (High-Growth Fintech) A fast-growing, mission-driven fintech company is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join its Finance & Strategy team in New York (hybrid). This role offers the opportunity to build and scale core financial processes, support ERP implementation, and prepare for the company’s first external audit. You will own the month-end close, manage AP/AR and expense operations, support system migrations, and help establish strong internal controls in a high-growth environment. Key Requirements: 3–5 years of accounting experience Full-cycle month-end close and GAAP knowledge ERP experience in NetSuite (implementation experience preferred) Strong Excel/Sheets skills Passion for process improvement and scaling systems This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building from the ground up in a dynamic fintech environment.
