Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Triage Nurse supporting the Dumfries Ambulatory Care Clinic in Dumfries.

This is your opportunity to provide meaningful care to Active Duty service members, retirees, and their families in a rewarding outpatient environment where patient care comes first.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments through interviews and physical evaluations
• Reviewing medical histories and identifying symptom severity
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs
• Initiating emergency interventions when necessary
• Prioritizing patients based on acuity and clinical needs
• Communicating patient conditions effectively with providers and clinical staff
• Educating patients and families on care plans and treatment
• Coordinating patient flow and transport to appropriate treatment areas

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program or graduate of an accredited National League of Nursing (NLN) school
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience preferred within the last 5 years
• Strong computer proficiency including data entry, EMR systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications
