Bi Weekly Pay, The CNA Home Health Aide (HHA) provides compassionate, non-medical care and support to clients in their homes. The HHA assists with daily living activities, promotes client independence, and ensures a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment while delivering high-quality, client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Provide assistance with transfers and ambulation as needed
- Support proper positioning and comfort of clients
Daily Living Support
- Prepare light meals according to client preferences or dietary guidelines
- Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying client areas)
- Run errands such as grocery shopping or pharmacy pickups
- Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
Companionship & Emotional Support
- Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities
- Encourage social interaction and mental stimulation
- Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior
Safety & Documentation
- Maintain a safe home environment and follow infection control procedures
- Accurately document care provided and report concerns promptly
- Follow the client’s individualized care plan and agency policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 4 years of experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and reference checks
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with or without assistance

Work Environment
- Client homes (private residences)

- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Assisting clients with mobility and transfers
