Manufacturing Technician

Location: St. Paul, MN (Onsite) Contract Duration: 12 Months Contract with possibility of Extension Shift: Mon – Fri, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Overtime as needed) Job Description: Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to join their team in St. Paul, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of medical device products. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure all life-saving devices meet rigorous quality standards. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with high attention to detail who wants to grow within the medical device industry. Required Skills: Perform assembly line functions: gluing components, wrapping for sterilization, and final labeling. Operate production equipment such as sealers, autoclaves, and stir plates. Maintain a GMP-compliant production area through daily cleaning and organization. Apply Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure all device paperwork is accurate. Work in a Clean Room environment wearing required garments (scrubs, hoods, masks, and gloves). Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and safety protocols. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred but not required. Ability to stand or sit for 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs individually. Fine hand coordination and manual dexterity for repetitive assembly tasks. Basic English communication skills and the ability to perform basic mathematics. 20/25 vision (with or without corrective lenses) for quality inspection.
