Software Engineer - Full Stack

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team with exceptional experience in full stack engineering and team leadership. MLee Healthcare engineers work closely with product team and designers to influence product direction, company roadmap, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development : Architect, design, and implement scalable Java backend software
• Front-end architecture & support: Collaborate with the design team and front-end engineers to ensure quality implementation of front-end applications
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers
• System Optimizations: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full stack
• Infrastructure & Deployment: Maintain server infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable application deployment
• Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Testing and Debugging: Implement systems to automate thorough testing of APIs, ensuring robust deployments with minimal downtime
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for software & systems architectures

Requirements:

• Must be in Salado, TX
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer (4+ years of experience)
• Experience building software across multiple languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript)
• Experience with web services (RESTful, SOAP), databases, and ORM frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of frameworks such as Spring boot, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with CRM and VMS concepts, job board functionalities, and related integrations.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile development.
• Experience with iterative software development workflows (Agile, etc)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
