Job DetailsJob Location: Anchor Fabrication MS Walnut - Walnut, MS 38683Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary A production team supervisor's primary responsibilities include supervising a production team, managing daily operations, and ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely. This involves creating production schedules, monitoring quality standards, resolving production delays, and enforcing safety regulations. In addition, supervisors also train team members, conduct performance evaluations, and help with process improvement.
